Our COVID Protocols
Protocols for In-Person Appointments
Our hospital is now fully open to clients! We are happy to see your smiling faces again with our new mask optional policy, for both staff and clients. We ask that you please respect other's decisions when it comes to this change.
Upon checking-in for your appointment, we will be completing a quick COVID screen to check for any symptoms. If any symptoms are present, we will ask that you please wear a mask during the duration of your time inside the hospital. If you or anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID within the past 14 days, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Curbside Appointment Still Available
If you prefer a curbside appointment, please let us know when scheduling your appointment. When you arrive at our parking lot, simply send us a quick text, or call us to check in. A nurse will come to your vehicle when we’re ready to see your pet, and they’ll take them into the building.
If your pet is seeing a doctor, the doctor will call you while you’re in the parking lot during the exam to discuss your pet’s care and give you time to ask any questions you have. Once the appointment is complete, we’ll take payment over the phone and bring your pet out to you.
