Our COVID Protocols
We are transitioning from 100% curbside-only appointments to a hybrid reopening plan. That being said, ALL nurse/technician appointments will remain 100% curbside, along with ALL surgery, procedure, and boarding check-ins. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding with these services.
Protocols for In-Person Appointments
When you call to make an appointment, be sure to let us know if you’d prefer an in-person appointment. If you are coming in with your pet, know that we are currently only allowing ONE client in the building per appointment.
We also ask that you wear a mask while you’re inside our facility. If you are unable to wear a mask or need to bring additional people along to the appointment, then the appointment will need to be conducted curbside, since we can only accommodate one person per appointment at this time.
When you arrive at our parking lot, please send us a text to check in. One of our receptionists will then text you when our team is ready to see your pet, and ask for you to meet us at the front door. We’ll escort you and your pet directly to an exam room since our lobby is still closed. Once your appointment is complete, we’ll escort you and your pet out of the building.
Protocols for Curbside Appointments
If you are seeing us for a curbside appointment, a nurse will come to your vehicle when we’re ready to see your pet, and they’ll take them into the building. If your pet is seeing a doctor, the doctor will call you while you’re in the parking lot during the exam to discuss your pet’s care, and give you time to ask any questions you have. Once the appointment is complete, we’ll take payment over the phone and bring your pet out to you.
